The SUNI sofa by Joly Design draws its inspiration from two main sources: the world of fashion and the art of arabesque. Fashion influences are evident in the graphic concept of an upturned shirt collar and rolled-up sleeves. Additionally, the design takes cues from the arabesque, with flowing lines reminiscent of handwriting with a pen or quill—a line that curves and descends gracefully. SUNI is an embracing armchair with simple lines, enriched by decorative stitching that runs along its sinuous curves, adding a touch of refinement.
